Definitely one of the best highlights of any trip to Italy! Cooking with Rosy is more than a cooking lesson. It is a truly unforgettable experience that is filled with love! Love of food, culture, family, life…and great fun!

Rosy and her mother, Annabella, pour out love and hospitality beyond measure. We had an amazing warm welcome with sparking wine and a beautiful array of delicious appetizers which gave us time to chat and admire Rosy's table which was so beautifully decorated. The presentation and attention to detail were magazine worthy. After a glorious time of cooking and laughing, we sat down to enjoy the wonderful food we had prepared. Along with wine and homemade liqueurs, the most special part of the meal was sharing it with Rosy’s family…all together, around the table in true authentic Abruzzese fashion. They truly made us feel like part of the family. Memories to last a lifetime!

Rosy is extraordinary! She has created an authentic Abruzzi cooking and dining experience that embodies what family and cooking are all about. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this was a day we will always remember. Technique, skill, knowledge, and a whole lot of love. From appetizers to dinner she took great care to create meaningful table settings graced with family moments, that were beautiful and thoughtful, with special foods she had made, featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients, and lovely local wines. She opened her home to us like we were family giving us a wonderful cooking experience with excellent tips, patience, and a lot of fun! The day was a highlight of our trip. We will never forget Rosy, her mother, Annabella, and her whole family’s hospitality, passion for good food, and love for others and what they do. We highly recommend Cooking with Rosy!
