Un negozio/ farmacia dove è possibile acquistare ogni prodotto farmaceutico e da banco, oltre ad una completa disponibilità di prodotti per la cura della persona.

Don’t use this pharmacy for emergency prescriptions.
A very unhelpful and stressful experience at the pharmacy today. I asked the pharmacist if she would be able to dispense an emergency repeat prescription for me if it was approved and sent to her by NHS 111. She said she would not do this even if she received an approved prescription from NHS 111 as it was at her discretion.
Frustratingly, I only approached this pharmacy as NHS 111 had earlier approved and sent the prescription to a nearby Boots. The pharmacist at that Boots did not have her password to enter the system and so wouldn’t dispense the medication either. Two very unhelpful experiences with Boots today.
I was later able to get the prescription at a different pharmacy without any issues. When I callled nhs 111 again to re issue the prescription they were confused as to why the pharmacist had refused to dispense the medication.
Power hungry maybe? Succeeded in ruining and complicating my day anyway.

Just awful. My friend was having a medical emergency at the station as they had about 2 mins to close. I knew what he needed but the security and manager were so rude and unhelpful. Halima was so lovely and so helpful. The rest of ur staff should give their heads a wobble

Can’t really so I’m updating here. You would think that u would want it investigated! Maybe get some people who care and know how empathise with people maybe? Maybe not.

Halima could train them fo be decent staff

As soon as I walked in Petite Asian shop assistant followed me, probably thought I was going to steal the ÂŁ1.10 crisp. Really bad service to be judged on my appearance, she should know better!

No idea why this boots has such bad reviews, the pharmacists here are amazing; they always answer the phone and are quick, nice and knowledgeable when you go in to pick things up. I have gotten prescriptions from here at 9pm, even 9:30pm. Stock is good too. Thank you to this Boots branch!

Mahisha or whatever her name is was incredibly rude to me. Never greeted with a hello and had her say to me “scan your boots card there” and didn’t bother turning the scanner to me and then when I asked where she tapped aggressively on the top of the scanner. I was actually outraged

It seems the people that work in this branch have no customer service skills. If they don't like dealing with the public then maybe they should find another job. I've had several bad experiences here and if it wasn't for it's locality and convenient hours I would never darken their doorstep again.
