Walked in some Monday around 6pm and stayed to 6:30pm. Left some belonging there, didn't notice until late on the tube. When trying to make phone calls, no one was replying. Then several phone calls were made trying to reach out to them but failed. Walked in on Wednesday again trying to retrieve my item then was told it's been thrown away! I raised a complaint to the manager about 'proper way of handling customers' item', and the reply is disappointing. They disregarded my effort trying to reach out and didn't care about customer service. They replied with no apologies but insists on the 'regulations'. But when I tried to ask them for evidence of such rules or regulations, they didn't respond at all. Worst of my all time experiences, staff there have no professionality and no honesty. Never visited again.

Went in to try their new menu, it was delicious, the standouts for us were the octopus tostada, the Lamb lollipops which were perfectly cooked and the pork quesadillas! Everything was made in house and it really makes the difference.
The bar had such a great vibe, great music, great lighting, and a brilliant tequila and mezcal loaded drinks menu, Alex behind the bar is a wizard and made us delicious Drinks on and off the menu.
We’ll definitely be coming back and are very excited to try out their secret drinks trolley bar down stairs.

What a perfect bar in a fab location! We booked the downstairs room for a hen party and it was perfect - we could play our own music and the space was large for us to all dance and mingle. Alex and Dan couldn’t have been more lovely and hospitable. I’ll be going back soon!

This hidden gem 💎 is such an amazing place for cocktails, breakfast, brunch or dinner. Vintage themed, great vibes and very friendly staffs. I highly recommend this place whether it's a birthday, Christmas or whatever parties 🎉

We randomly walked past Bell & Viv on a Friday evening and decided to give it a try. The cocktails were lovely, the vibe was nice and the staff was helpful. Do check them out!

Amazing place excellent food and fantastic staff
Read a previous review titled Scammers. These people are deluded and don’t know what they are talking about. Service charge is 12.5% not 12 pounds and what are blue eggs. Hope I never have to meet these ignorant idiots

Not seen this place before, apparently open just a few months.

Service has been warm and friendly, music has been great, but most importantly - LOOK AT THE FOOD! Yummy brunch. Will definitely be back for more 🙂

Wir wollten vor der Abreise aus London noch etwas frühstücken und sind zufällig ins Bell & Viv geraten, da es auf unserem Weg lag. Wir hatten French Toast und das Vegan Breakfast, beides war wirklich lecker. Und der Service war auch sehr gut. Scheinbar hat dieser Laden erst kürzlich eröffnet, es lohnt aber, ihm eine Chance zu geben. Ich würde definitiv wieder hingehen.
